During the implementation of care, the Director of Nursing is responsible for maintaining the resident charts, performing team meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining monthly reports, and reviewing patient’s progress notes. Our providers will meet the highest level of accountability.
Our service planning team consists of our Director of Nursing, CNA, and direct care staff. They are also part of our treatment team meetings as well as admission and discharge decisions.
Our shifts operate as follows:
- 7 am -3 pm
- 3 pm – 11 pm
- 11 pm -7 am
Our shifts of operation are subject to change during holiday seasons.
